About Your Guide:
Chef evan rilling
Evan Rilling is a chef, cookbook author, surfer, artist, and musician from Ojai, California. He spent four years as the private chef for Will Smith and family, has cooked for health retreats on multiple continents, and founded Ulu Food Forest in Bali.
He’s also spent over a decade studying Native American healing traditions, and leads ceremonies with the permission of his elder.
All of that lives in how he relates to food. For Evan, cooking isn’t about following recipes. It’s a creative, spiritual, sensory practice. He calls his approach “freestyle kitchen” because that’s exactly what it is: intuitive, playful, connected.
He believes your relationship with food can change everything. This meditation is where that starts.
You've eaten a thousand meals on autopilot.
Take 12 minutes to actually show up for one ingredient.
You might be surprised what it has to say.
